Create a Signature in Hotmail (Outlook)

1. Login to your Hotmail account. Click the Gear (settings) icon and select Options.

2. Go to "Layout". Click on "Email signature".

3. Create a new signature in Hotmail (Outlook). You can adjust the text font, add image and hyperlinks in your Outlook email signature.

You could choose either: “Automatically include my signature on new messages I compose” or “Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to”.
